Jack's Service Garage

Not fancy, but they communicate well, and the prices are reasonable. Old school, type of folks, not like a dealer at all and that is a good thing.

They do the job, and they do it right. I have used Jack's because I trust them to fix what needs to be fixed and not upsell me on some other fixes that I don't need. I cannot tell you how horrible it makes me feel to be sold unnecessary repairs. I am feeling crappy enough for having my car not work and not knowing how much it will take to fix and then some salesman turns a $200 repair into a $500 repair and sometimes an $800 repair. That is why I trust Jack. They never try to swindle me. That's what is important.

I started bringing my car here years ago once I moved to the heights. I would mainly go for oil changes. Never had any problems the first year or so. I even recommended my fiancé to start taking her car there. After a while they started to take it upon themselves to start repairing parts that I never asked them to repair. The first couple times I let it slide but then it would become a pattern. Then more weird things started happening. I went for an oil change and asked for them to also change my windshield wipers. Bad experience, charged $300+ and definitely didn't change cabin filter, and they also swapped my rear windshield wiper for a worse one which I never agreed to. I believe this place has professional scammers based on my experience and some other recent reviews.

Very impressed with this company. My daughter was down there from Canada today. And her car broke down stranding her, every shop "Dealership" we called had no empathy towards her situation even with a newborn in her arms. This Company went above and beyond!! They treated her kindly and with respect. And expedited the repair so she could get back home safely. Thank you from Ontarion Canada!! These guys are top notch!!
