Not fancy, but they communicate well, and the prices are reasonable. Old school, type of folks, not like a dealer at all and that is a good thing.

They do the job, and they do it right. I have used Jack's because I trust them to fix what needs to be fixed and not upsell me on some other fixes that I don't need. Bad experience, charged $300+ and definitely didn't change cabin filter, and they also swapped my rear windshield wiper for a worse one which I never agreed to. I believe this place has professional scammers based on my experience and some other recent reviews.

Very impressed with this company. My daughter was down there from Canada today. And her car broke down stranding her, every shop "Dealership" we called had no empathy towards her situation even with a newborn in her arms. This Company went above and beyond!!
