Henry auto service

Took my car to Henry Auto Service and it was a complete waste of time and money. They promised one thing and delivered another. Not only did they misdiagnose the issue, but they also charged me for work that clearly wasn’t done right. I had to take my car elsewhere just to fix the mess they made. Communication was terrible no updates, no clear explanation of what was done, and when I asked questions, they got defensive instead of helpful. It felt like they just wanted to get paid and move on, with no care for the quality of their work. If you value your car and your money, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Henry Auto Service is not a place I’ll ever return to.

Took my car in for what should have been a simple service, and I regret it completely. First off, the staff seemed unfamiliar with BMW-specific diagnostics, even though they claim to specialize in German cars. I waited way longer than expected, only to get the car back with warning lights still on. They either guessed the issue or didn’t fix it properly, because two days later the same problem came back. When I returned to address it, they were dismissive and blamed the car instead of standing by their work. No accountability, no professionalism. The guys at Henry's went above and beyond for a stranded traveler (me) when the brakes on my truck fell apart (attached image). They took me in and worked on it well after hours so that my family could get home same day and fixed it for a reasonable price. They are good people and have my recommendation for anyone who needs help. 5+ stars

Henry is the best mechanics. Good communication and fair pricing! Came for a rack and pinion and control arm fix on my 1999 Lexus, but Henry diagnosed and fixed my engine knocking problem as well for free! Will definitely come again if any work is needed on my car!

Henry and Danny are standup guys doing standup business. They did a good job on changing my timing belt kit as well as my four brakes. Got my newly fixed car and I immediately drove 11 hours to Ohio, the ride felt amazing. The job was done pretty quickly, took about 2-3 days in total. At the meantime they sent me videos of the process of the installation. And they have been very responsive, quick to reply on my text messages. The price wasn’t too bad, either. I would recommend going to them for sure.
